Warranty
The Warranty Certificate is always provided to the buyer along with the operating instructions and is available on the website
The Manufacturer delivers printers to the buyer filled with ink after performing an initial “test” print. This test print is left on the printing bed and sent to the customer with the printer as proof that the “test” printing has been completed and the equipment is ready for operation (except during the “cold season”).
Warranty terms for business customers: 12 months.
During the warranty period, we will rectify defects and replace faulty printer components/parts/connectors free of charge. Replacement of parts/components/connectors is carried out by replacing them with a new or refurbished part/connector so that the printer’s functionality is equivalent to new. All parts replaced during the Warranty period become the property of “JetLT.”
