Warranty
JetLT warranty terms and service
The warranty document is always provided to the buyer together with the device user manual and posted on www.jetlt.com. Upon request, it is additionally sent to the buyer's specified email address. The Buyer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with, knowing, and utilizing the warranty terms.
The manufacturer delivers printers to the buyer filled with ink and after performing the first 'test' print. This test is left on the printing table and travels with the device as proof that the printer works and is ready for use (except during the 'cold season').
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, we will eliminate defects and replace defective printer parts, components, or connections free of charge. Replacement is carried out with a new or refurbished part so that the printer's functionality is equivalent to new. All parts replaced during the warranty period become the property of 'JetLT'.
How to Use the Warranty
To use the warranty, please contact us:
You must provide a purchase invoice stating: purchase date, serial number, seller and buyer name. Also clearly describe the problem or provide a video of the alleged defect.

If within 3 days of purchase you notice a factory defect or other hidden defects, please inform us immediately. Also inform us if you believe an electronic failure ('burnout') has occurred.
