What is a cookie printer?
A cookie printer is a food printer adapted for direct printing on cookies of various shapes, sizes and relief surfaces. Unlike a standard A4 food printer, its print bed has mechanical height adjustment that adapts to reliefs up to 5 mm deep — important because cookies are rarely perfectly flat. The same EU-certified edible inks (glycerol-based) are used as in cake printers.

- Other surfaces — if you also plan to print on cakes or chocolate, a universal confectionery printer may fit better
