Short answer: the JetLT food printer starts at €1,600. This article explains what is included, what a single print costs, and how quickly the equipment pays for itself.
What is included in the price
- The printer itself (8-model lineup depending on surface)
- Certified edible CMYK inks to get started
- Initial training on operating the device
- 12 months manufacturer warranty
- Customer support in LT/EN/PL
Cost per print
A single print costs from €0.02. This includes ink and surface (wafer paper or sugar sheet). In practice, a personalized cake adds ~€0.10-0.20 to product cost, a personalized chocolate ~€0.03.
When does it pay off?
In confectionery practice, one print (e.g. a personalized label on packaging) increases product price by €1-3. Printing 50 pcs/day = €50 additional value. The €1,600 printer pays for itself in ~30-45 working days.
How to pick a model?
The JetLT lineup includes 8 specialized models by surface. The choice depends on what you mostly print:
Why is JetLT cheaper than imports?
JetLT is made in Lithuania (UAB Prašvieta). No customs duties, no middlemen — direct from manufacturer. On-site warranty service, training in English, Lithuanian or Polish. Awarded at European exhibitions 2021-2024.
Do you need additional equipment?
- A computer (Windows or macOS) — standard configuration is enough.
- Photoshop or another CMYK editing program.
- Edible surfaces (wafer paper, sugar sheets) — available from us or separately.
Warranty and service
12-month manufacturer warranty included. Post-warranty service available. All technical documentation, drivers and software available at the JetLT service center.
